You are currently being considered as a possible member in Apocalypse! However first you will need to give us a few details and answer a few questions. Please make sure that you answer these questions truthfully and give the correct details or you will be immediately declined from the crew. We will know if you have been telling us false information. Please take your time in filling in this form and make sure to answer everything carefully. Unnecessary remarks and answers will be ignored.
Once your application has been submitted you will be contacted. There is no need to contact us regarding the application.

Please answer the following questions in detail:

1) What are your previous names (if any) that you have used this reset?

2) What other crews have you been a part of (if any)?

3) Do you know anyone in the crew who will vouch for you? (If so please state them)

4) Do you have any enemies at all?

5) What are your reasons for wanting to join this crew?

6) How many hours do you spend playing BL on average?

7) Will you be ready to make any crew kills if you are asked to do so by a council member?

8 ) Do you have any duplicate accounts? (we will not hold this against you whilst considering you, but if we find out later you will be kicked)

9) Are you a part of any UG crews? (if you do not tell us now and we find out at a later date, you will be kicked)

10) Will you always participate in the Crew Forum and get to know other members of the crew? (This is very important and we will be seeing if you do this if you're accepted)

11) Are you willing to send your stats (money, bullets, points etc) to the Crew Hit Squad when asked? (Refusing to do so will result in a kick from the crew, your stats are safe with them and only crew council will be able to view them)

12) Are you willing to make weekly contributions to the crew? (Currently 150k per week)
